Returns/Refunds
The Very Scary Company cares about its customers, so we want you to make sure you're getting the best possible product whenever you spend your money on us. However, we also know that when you print your physical items through a third-party distributor like we do then sometimes things happen that are out of your control and people may end up wanting their money back.
With that being said, Very Scary! wants to help any unsatisfied customers receive a replacement or refund in accordance with Printify's refund/return policy, which refunds or replaces any items that arrive damaged or with some sort of manufacturing error. The policy covers any damaged or faulty item as long as their Merchant Support team is contacted within 30 days of the item's delivery, so make sure you act fast - any item reported after the 30 days are up isn't eligible.

All physical orders made via the Very Scary! website are handled via a third-party distributor, so we may not always have the best answers regarding shipping information for our products. However, if you let us know about any concerns via our contact form (make sure to select "Shipping" as the category) then we'll do our best to look into it and get back to you as soon as possible.
